Victor G. Osibodu (mfr) (Chairman)

Victor Gbolade Osibodu has developed a formidable cutting-edge business leadership profile with over twenty-five years of management and leadership experience, eighteen of which have been as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vigeo Holdings Limited.

Victor is today highly involved in corporate strategy and business development activities for the various business divisions under the holding company spanning Oil & Gas, Power, Marketing, Hospitality and Investments.

Victor sits on the Boards of several companies including banks, manufacturing, service and non-profit organizations.

He is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School and the Lagos Business School.

In 2000, Victor was decorated with a national merit award of the Member of the Federal Republic by His Excellency, President Olusegun Obasanjo.


Folusho Olajide Phillips

Foluso Phillips is a Chartered Management Accountant of the U.K. and a Chartered Accountant of Nigeria with a degree in Industrial Economics from the University of Wales’ Institute of Science & Technology, Cardiff, Wales.

Mr. Phillips has been engaged in the United Kingdom, Nigeria and other parts of West, East and Southern Africa as a financial manager, financial adviser, general manager and organisation development consultant, working in manufacturing and service organisations. He spent 6 years with Coopers & Lybrand International (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) in the United Kingdom, working on a variety of assignments internationally.

He has also worked with the SCOA Group as the Group General Manager - Finance from 1990-1992. In 1992 he set up Phillips Consulting Limited, a management consulting firm of which he is currently the Chairman/CEO. The firm has offices in Nigeria, South Africa and the United Kingdom.

Mr Phillips is a director of several companies, charities and NGOs in Nigeria. He holds directorships in Nigerian-South African Chamber of Commerce, the Nigeria Economic Summit Group, Special Olympics of Nigeria (SON), African Business Roundtable, and is also a member of the Advisory Board of Africa Investor magazine, an adviser to the African Leadership Academy, and a member of the Institute of Directors in Southern Africa.


Ololade Ogunbambi

An alumnus of the University of Lagos, the Lagos business school, the Whits Business School South Africa (Phillips Consulting) and the Harvard Business School. She has attended several courses on Marketing, Logistics Management, Brand Management, Competitive strategies, Organizational change renewal, Operations and several other developmental courses.

Her experience in the field of Marketing and General Administrative Management has evolved in a unique way in her up to 20 year working experience, 16 of which she spent with Vigeo Limited.

With over 20 years experience in senior capacity with responsibility to oversee others and engender results.

Lola has headed several assignments within the Vigeo Holdings Division starting from the Diary services, Reward and Award service (NOW CMMS) including heading subsidiary companies such as: Global Utilities Management Company, ’The HUB’, Grandview Limited and CITISERVE Ltd.
